About
My path to leadership coaching was not a straight line — and that is precisely what makes the work so effective.
My story
I began my career in organisational psychology, working inside complex institutions where leadership culture was both the greatest asset and the greatest risk. What I observed — again and again — was that technical skill and strategic intelligence were rarely what separated great leaders from good ones.
It was self-awareness. Psychological depth. The capacity to lead not from role or hierarchy, but from genuine understanding of oneself and others.
That insight has guided my practice for over 15 years. Today I work with executives and leadership teams across Asia and globally — helping them do the inner work that creates lasting outer impact.
Work with meWhat I believe
Leadership is fundamentally a psychological endeavour. Understanding the inner world — beliefs, patterns, motivations — is the foundation of every lasting change.
Real transformation takes time, honesty, and the courage to look inward. My work creates the conditions for genuine growth — not quick fixes.
Every leader exists within a system. I work at the intersection of individual psychology and organisational dynamics — because lasting change requires both.
Jessica holds an extraordinary quality of attention. She sees not just what you say, but what you mean — and what you haven't yet said to yourself.
